MJ Stroud is a left defensive end for Georgia Southern, standing 6'2" and weighing 245 pounds. The Covington, Georgia native from Alcovy High School played in all 13 games during the 2025 season, starting the final five contests. Stroud recorded 33 tackles, including a team-high 15.5 for loss and 6.5 sacks, while adding six quarterback hurries, three forced fumbles, and two pass breakups. He earned first-team All-Sun Belt Conference honors and a second-team all-conference selection by Phil Steele in 2025.
