King Phillips is a wide receiver for Georgia Southern, standing 6'1" and weighing 190 pounds. A native of Queens, New York, Phillips attended Deer Park High School in Texas, where he earned honorable mention all-state honors and first-team all-district recognition. He played college football at Texas A&M-Kingsville before transferring to Georgia Southern in January 2026. During the 2025-26 season, Phillips started 11 games and recorded 68 receptions for 880 receiving yards and five touchdowns, earning Lone Star Conference Receiver of the Year and all-conference first-team honors. His single-game high came against Angelo State with 124 receiving yards. Phillips is pursuing a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
