Caleb Ellis is a defensive lineman for Georgia Southern from Milton, Georgia. A three-time all-region selection in high school, he recorded 54 tackles as a senior, including 14 for loss and 4.5 sacks, and helped his team win two state titles. Ellis redshirted during the 2025-26 season after appearing in three games, accumulating four tackles across 42 total plays. He saw initial action against Coastal Carolina on special teams, then registered two tackles each against Old Dominion and at Marshall. Ellis majors in Information Technology and made the fall Honor Roll.
