Justin Johnson is a linebacker for Fresno State from Los Angeles who attended Inglewood High School. He redshirted in 2023 as a freshman. During his 2024 redshirt freshman season, Johnson appeared in 10 games primarily as a special teams contributor and recorded three tackles. In 2025, his sophomore year, he played in all 13 games and posted three tackles, including a career-high two tackles against Utah State on November 22. Johnson was named Academic All-Mountain West following the 2024 season. He is majoring in mass communication and journalism.
