Ezekiel Avit is a wide receiver for Fresno State who transferred from Maryland. The Potomac, Maryland native attended Churchill High School, where he earned All-State and All-County honors as a first-team selection. Avit spent two seasons at Maryland (2023-24), redshirting in 2023 and appearing in four games. In 2024, he caught his first career pass against Indiana on September 28. During the 2025 season, Avit appeared in 12 games with 10 starts, recording 28 receptions for 255 yards and one rushing attempt for 10 yards. He posted a season-high five catches for 46 yards at Hawai'i on September 20 and recorded a career-long 41-yard reception against Nevada on October 4.
