Sebastian Scott is a 6-2, 369-pound defensive tackle for the Florida Gators, wearing number 92. A preferred walk-on who joined the program in summer 2023, Scott redshirted that season. He made his collegiate debut in the Gasparilla Bowl against Tulane in 2024, logging five defensive snaps. In 2025, Scott appeared in UF's season opener against LIU with three defensive snaps. He prepped at Cardinal Newman in West Palm Beach, Florida, where he earned second-team All-State honors his senior year, was a two-time all-county selection, and helped lead the team to a 10-0 season.
