Cormani McClain is a 6'2", 182-pound left cornerback for the Florida Gators who transferred from Colorado. A consensus five-star prospect from Lakeland, Florida, McClain was ranked the No. 1 overall player by the composite recruiting rankings, recruiting services Consensus in the 2023 class. After playing nine games with four starts at Colorado in 2023, he joined Florida for the 2024 season and appeared in three games with one start before earning a redshirt. In 2025, McClain played in 10 games with six starts, recording 18 tackles (10 solo), 1.0 tackle-for-loss, one interception and one pass breakup across 538 snaps. He earned a season-high Defense grade of 84.9 against Miami.
