Paul Bowling is a left guard for Florida State, standing 6'3" and weighing 305 pounds. The Marietta, Georgia native transferred from Troy, where he appeared in 12 games as a true freshman. He recorded 533 snaps at center and 219 at guard, allowing just three sacks across 450 passing plays. Bowling earned nine starts at center, including the season opener as Troy's first true freshman to do so, and three at left guard. He helped lead the Trojans to the Sun Belt Conference Championship Game and the Salute to Veterans Bowl. A three-star prospect from McEachern High School in the 2025 recruiting class, Bowling is now a sophomore transfer in his first year with the Seminoles.
