Izayia Williams is a 6'2", 226-pound linebacker for the Florida State Seminoles. A consensus four-star recruit from Tavares High School in Florida, Williams was ranked No. 44 nationally by Rivals, No. 46 on national outlets's SCNext 300, and No. 196 by recruiting services. During his junior season, he recorded 125 tackles, 15.0 tackles for loss, and 4.0 sacks along with one interception. On offense, he carried 23 times for 423 yards and six touchdowns while adding five receptions for 97 yards and four touchdowns. A two-sport athlete, Williams also competed in track and field events including the 100-, 200-, and 400-meter runs as well as shot put, high jump, and long jump. He chose Florida State over scholarship offers from Florida, Ole Miss, and Georgia.
