Devin Carter is a true freshman wide receiver at Florida State from Atlanta, Georgia. At Douglas County High School, he recorded 26 receptions for 431 yards and five touchdowns as a senior after overcoming an early injury, helping lead the Tigers to the third round of state playoffs. As a junior, he caught 41 passes for 670 yards and five touchdowns over 14 games when Douglas County reached the 6A semifinal. Carter previously attended Cedar Grove High School, where he caught 51 passes for 895 yards and 13 touchdowns as a sophomore while leading the team to a Peach State AAA championship. He participated in the 2024 and 2025 Navy All-American Bowls and the Polynesian Bowl. At 6'1" and 176 pounds, Carter was rated a four-star prospect and ranked No. 232 nationally in the 2026 class.
