Germaine Carter is a junior nose tackle for Florida International wearing number 99. The Miami Gardens native played prep football at Miami Norland, where he recorded 52 tackles including 32 solo stops, eight sacks, and 19 tackles for loss as a senior before helping lead the team to the State Championship Game. In 2025, his sophomore season, Carter appeared in all 13 games and logged 19 tackles with 3.0 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks while adding two quarterback hurries, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery. He stands 5'11" and weighs 270 pounds.
