Elisha Baldridge is a 6'3", 245-pound right defensive end from Big Prairie, Ohio, who attended West Holmes High School. At Ashland, he redshirted in 2023 before appearing in eight games during 2024, recording two solo tackles, a half-sack, and 1.5 tackles for loss. In 2025, Baldridge played in 13 games and accumulated 35 solo tackles and 55 assists, along with 16.0 tackles for loss, 13.5 sacks, and two forced fumbles. He transferred to Florida International as a redshirt junior.
