Daveion Harley is a center from Quincy, Florida, who played at Gadsden County High School before beginning his college career at Jacksonville State. As a true freshman in 2023, he appeared in 12 games and started at left guard against Middle Tennessee while serving as a reserve on the offensive line. In 2024, Harley played in 13 games with eight starts, logging over 700 snaps at center and guard while allowing two sacks across 826 plays. He helped anchor an offensive line supporting the nation's No. 2 rushing attack. Harley transferred to California for 2025 and did not see game action before joining Florida International as a transfer.
