JJ Rochford is a 6'3", 315-pound offensive lineman from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, who attended Calvary Christian Academy. At his high school, he earned first-team All-Broward honors from the Miami Herald in 2025 and played across the offensive line at guard, center, and tackle positions. Rochford won 23 games during his three varsity seasons before committing to Florida Atlantic in December 2025. He is a true freshman with the Owls.
