Zach Mowchan is a linebacker for Eastern Michigan standing 6'1" and weighing 223 pounds. The Dillsburg, PA native attended Northern York High School, where he recorded 86 tackles and 12 tackles for loss as a senior. Mowchan joined the Eagles in 2021 and has appeared in games across multiple seasons, earning Academic All-MAC honors twice (2022, 2026). In 2025, he played in nine games with five starts, logging 40 total tackles including 14 solo stops and 1.5 tackles for loss. He also broke up one pass against Long Island. Named a team captain for 2026, Mowchan currently serves as a returning graduate student on the roster.
