XaVior Tyus is a 5'10", 190-pound running back from Portage, Michigan, who transferred to Eastern Michigan after three seasons at Wayne State. At Portage Northern High School, he rushed for 1,402 yards and 23 touchdowns as a senior and earned Division 2 All-State First Team honors. During his time with the Warriors, Tyus appeared in 24 games, accumulating 811 rushing yards, 33 receptions for 198 yards, and 1,009 all-purpose yards. In 2025, he led Wayne State with 357 rushing yards and 527 all-purpose yards while earning Honorable Mention All-GLIAC recognition. Tyus is a senior returning to Eastern Michigan for the 2026 season.
