Tylan Boykin is a defensive back for Eastern Michigan. From Akron, Ohio, he attended Archbishop Hoban High School, where he played multiple positions including cornerback, quarterback, and wide receiver. As a senior in 2024, he recorded 38 tackles, seven pass breakups, four tackles for loss, and three interceptions. During his junior year at quarterback, he completed 90 of 143 passes for 1,223 yards with 13 touchdowns and four interceptions, adding 502 rushing yards and four scores on 57 carries. In 2025, Boykin appeared in four games with one start, registering four tackles (three solo) including three stops in the game at Kentucky on September 13.
