Noah Patterson is a defensive lineman for Eastern Michigan who hails from South Point, Ohio, and attended Ironton High School, where he played both offensive and defensive lines under Head Coach Trevon Pendleton. A three-star prospect, Patterson was a team captain for three seasons and helped lead Ironton to an 11-2 record his senior year, earning Ohio All-State honors in 2022 and 2023. He redshirted in 2024 after appearing in four games. In 2025, Patterson played in 10 games and recorded 11 tackles, including two solo stops, while posting a career-high four tackles against Bowling Green on November 8. He earned Academic All-MAC recognition and is a Sports Management major.
