Tomas O'Halloran is a punter for East Carolina who hails from Onkaparinga Hills, South Australia, and attended Flinders High School. He signed with the Pirates in fall 2024 and redshirted that season while earning American Conference All-Academic honors. In 2025, O'Halloran appeared in seven games and punted 21 times for 885 yards with one touchback, averaging 42.1 yards per punt. He placed four punts inside the opponent's 20-yard line and booted five balls 50-plus yards, including a long of 53 yards against Memphis and Florida Atlantic. O'Halloran returns as a redshirt sophomore in 2026.
