Josiah Dwyer is a defensive tackle from Bennettsville, South Carolina, who attended Marlboro County High School. At the high school level, he recorded 64 career tackles with 51 solo stops, added 14.0 tackles for loss including 8.0 sacks, and also registered one quarterback hurry, one interception, and one fumble recovery. A consensus three-star recruit, Dwyer signed with East Carolina on December 4, 2024, and enrolled in January 2025. He appeared in one game during his redshirt freshman season, making his collegiate debut in the home opener against Campbell, and did not record statistics.
