Johnny Williams is a wide receiver for the East Carolina Pirates who signed with the program on December 4, 2024, and enrolled in January 2025. A consensus three-star recruit ranked 1492 nationally, Williams stands 5'9" and weighs 180 pounds. During his high school career at Havelock, he caught 116 passes for 2,429 yards and 23 touchdowns while also contributing 1,847 rushing yards and 27 scores across 180 carries.
