Everett Scott is a kickoff specialist for East Carolina, standing 5'10" and weighing 180 pounds. A native of Matthews who attended Weddington High School, Scott walked on to the Pirates in fall 2024. Over his first two seasons (2024-25), he appeared in 18 games and logged 107 kickoffs for 6,529 yards at a 61.0 average with 41 touchbacks. In 2025, his second year, Scott played in nine games with 51 kickoffs for 3,116 yards (61.1 avg.) and 22 touchbacks, including a season-high nine kickoffs against Campbell. Scott earned his second varsity letter in 2025 and was named to the American Conference All-Academic Team in 2024.
