Kavon Conciauro is a 6'4", 200-pound wide receiver from Reidsville, Georgia, who enrolled at Duke in January 2026. He lettered two seasons at Houston County under head coach Jeremy Edwards and two at Northeast in Macon under head coach Jeremy Wiggins. As a junior at Houston County, he recorded 513 receiving yards and five touchdowns while earning second team all-region honors. During his sophomore year at Northeast, Conciauro had 749 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns, garnering first team all-region and receiver of the year accolades. In his freshman campaign at Northeast, he totaled 417 yards and seven scores. Rated a three-star prospect by recruiting services, Conciauro is a true freshman with the Blue Devils.
