Trent Gummer is a cornerback for the Delaware Blue Hens. The Orlando native graduated from Bishop Moore Catholic in Florida in winter 2025, where he recorded 170 career tackles, 47 pass breakups, and 15 interceptions across his high school career. He earned three-star recruit status from recruiting services and ranks as the 10th-highest recruit in Delaware program history according to recruiting services. Gummer was a two-time state champion and three-time district champion at Bishop Moore Catholic. His father, Jade Gummer, played football at Western Kentucky University from 1994 to 1998, while his brother Jalen plays for Furman.
