Nate Ray is a defensive end for Delaware standing 6'2" and weighing 250 pounds. A native of Wilmington, Delaware, Ray attended Salesianum, where he lettered four years and served as captain during his senior season. In 2022, he earned first-team all-state honors at both tight end and defensive end while being named defensive player of the year. Ray also competed in basketball and track, winning a state championship in basketball and two in track. He majors in Communication and is a senior in 2026. Ray appeared in three games during the 2024 season and two games in 2025.
