Jo Silver is a running back for the Delaware Blue Hens who hails from Washington Township, New Jersey, where he was a three-time starter and team captain at Washington Township High School. In his senior year, he accumulated 884 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns on 132 carries, adding 72 receiving yards and another touchdown on six receptions. During the 2025 season, Silver appeared in 11 games with nine starts, recording 119 carries for 652 yards and 5 touchdowns while catching 29 passes for 222 yards and a touchdown. He was named the 68 Ventures Bowl Overall MVP and was named to the Phil Steele Preseason CUSA Second Team and Doak Walker Award Watchlist.
