A three-star recruit in the 2025 class, Mullins was a multi-position contributor in high school, playing defensive back, wide receiver, kick returner, and punt returner. He recorded 110 tackles, 12 interceptions, 25 pass breakups, and six blocked kicks during his prep career and was named captain his senior season.
