Bio

Paul Omodia is a 6'2", 200-pound cornerback from Richmond, TX who attended Fort Bend Bush High School. At Fort Bend Bush, he earned first-team all-district honors as a senior and was named league all-purpose player of the year, team MVP, and academic all-district selection. Omodia spent two seasons at Illinois State (2023-24), redshirting in 2023 and appearing in four games with two tackles. In 2024, he started six of 12 games and recorded 32 tackles, two interceptions, two fumble recoveries, and one pass breakup. He transferred to Lamar for 2025, where he started all 13 games with 31 solo tackles, 26 assisted tackles, one sack, and 14 forced incompletions—leading the Southland Conference.
