Leon Bell is a 6'8", 330-pound right tackle who transferred to Colorado as a graduate student with one year of eligibility remaining. Bell attended Dickinson High School in Texas, where he anchored an offense that averaged 252.4 rushing yards per game as a senior. He began his college career at Kilgore Community College (2021-22), earning First Team All-SWJCFC honors in 2022 and helping the Rangers win the SWJCFC Championship. After transferring to Mississippi State, Bell appeared in four games in 2023 without allowing a sack. In 2024, he made one start against Eastern Kentucky, posting a career-high offensive grade of 75.6 across 33 snaps. Bell played 11 games with eight starts at California in 2025, blocking for quarterback Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele and running back Kendrick Raphael, who rushed for 943 yards.
