Joseph Williams, a wide receiver from Arlington, TX, played four seasons at Mansfield Summit before joining Tulsa as a freshman. In his lone season with the Hurricanes, he appeared in all 12 games with five starts, recording 30 receptions for 588 yards and five touchdowns while earning American Conference Freshman of the Year honors. Williams transferred to Colorado and holds four years of eligibility to play three. During the 2025 season, he played in 10 games with six starts, finishing second on the team with 37 receptions, 489 yards, and four receiving touchdowns. He earned analytics services Big 12 WR of the Week and an Earl Campbell Award honorable mention after catching eight passes for 128 yards and a score against Iowa State in week seven.
