Jaydan Hardy is a free safety transfer from Oklahoma to Colorado, standing 5'10" and weighing 180 pounds. The Lewisville, Texas native was a four-star prospect in the 2024 high school class, earning 247 Composite honors as the No. 255 player nationally and No. 22 safety. At Lewisville High School under coach Michael Odle, he was named 2023 Under Armour All-American and district utility player of the year. During two seasons at Oklahoma (2024–25), Hardy appeared in all 13 games in 2024, recording six tackles, one interception with a 26-yard return, and one pass breakup. In 2025, he played in 13 games as a reserve, posting 11 total tackles, one forced fumble, and one interception. Hardy enters Colorado with four years of eligibility remaining.
