Troy Foster is a wide receiver from Los Alamitos, California, who attended Huntington Beach High School. A three-star composite recruit, Foster recorded 150 receptions for 2,800 yards and 36 touchdowns during his junior and senior seasons. He was named team captain as a senior and earned 2025 Offensive Player of the Year honors in his league, along with first-team all-league and second-team all-Orange County recognition. Foster holds school records for receptions, yardage, and touchdowns across single season, yearly, and career categories. He competes for Colorado State as a true freshman.
