Jaseim Mitchell is a weak-side linebacker for Colorado State at 6'1" and 225 pounds. A native of Colorado Springs who prepped at Harrison High School, Mitchell walked on as a freshman in 2021 and redshirted. He converted from wide receiver to linebacker and appeared in 12 games during his redshirt freshman year in 2022, primarily on special teams. Mitchell played in the first three games of 2023 before not returning to action. In 2024, he appeared in 10 games at linebacker and special teams, recording three tackles including two in the season opener at Texas.
