Berlin Lillard is a right guard for the Colorado State Rams. The 6'4", 365-pound Oakland, California native attended Bishop O'Dowd High School, where he earned first-team All-League honors as a senior and second-team All-League as a junior. He was a 3-star composite recruit and served as a team captain during his final high school season. Lillard redshirted during the 2024 season and did not appear in games during the 2025 campaign. He is currently a redshirt sophomore.
