Daniel Jones is a left tackle for Coastal Carolina from Valdosta, Georgia, where he attended Lowndes H.S. and competed in track and field. A three-star recruit in the Class of 2024, Jones was ranked the No. 77-best prospect in Georgia by national outlets and the No. 86-best by recruiting services. As a freshman in 2024, he saw action in three games against Jacksonville State, William & Mary, and Troy. In 2025, his sophomore season, Jones appeared in all 13 games. He is a returning junior for the Chanticleers.
