Robert Gunn III is a redshirt senior kickoff specialist for Clemson who has appeared in 43 career games. From 2022-25, he recorded touchbacks on 193-of-236 kickoffs for an 81.8 percent conversion rate. In 2025, he averaged 64.1 yards per kickoff across 13 games with 57 touchbacks on 71 attempts, finishing 16th nationally in touchback percentage among qualified kickers. He holds a 1-for-5 career mark on field goals and 15-for-16 on PATs. Gunn earned Freshman All-American honors as a kickoff specialist in 2023 and was a three-star recruit from Pinellas Park High School in Seminole, Florida.
