Elliot Washington II is a left cornerback who transferred to Clemson in January 2026 after three seasons at Penn State. The Sarasota, Florida native appeared in 36 career games with the Nittany Lions, recording 53 tackles, two interceptions, and nine pass breakups. As a junior in 2025, he played in 12 games and tallied 18 tackles with three pass breakups and one interception, including a 35-yard blocked field goal return for a touchdown against Iowa. Washington was a consensus four-star recruit out of Venice High School, where he led the Hurricanes to state championship appearances and earned first-team all-area honors in 2020 and 2021.
