Max Fletcher, a 6'6" punter from Melbourne, Australia, came to Cincinnati as a transfer from Arkansas. At the Razorbacks from 2022 to 2023, he punted 38 times as a freshman and earned All-SEC Second Team honors in 2023 after recording 59 punts and 2,770 yards while leading the SEC. After redshirting in 2024, Fletcher returned to action for the Bearcats in 2025, recording 41 punts for 1,861 yards at 45.4 yards per attempt. He downed 18 inside the 20-yard line and earned Second Team All-Big 12 recognition, including Special Teams Player of the Week honors against UCF.
