Jacob Finley is a 6'0", 190-pound right cornerback for Cincinnati who transferred from Northern Illinois. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Finley was a three-star recruit in the 2022 class. At Northern Illinois, he appeared in all 13 games in 2023 as a redshirt freshman, starting eight, and recorded 33 tackles with three pass breakups. In 2024, he played in all 13 games with five starts and compiled 36 tackles, eight pass breakups, and his first career interception against Central Michigan. Last year he started all 11 games in which he played, leading the team with eight pass breakups and posting 14 tackles in a game versus UMass.
