Cray Paich is a 6'5", 315-pound offensive lineman from Northbrook, Illinois, who attends Glenbrook North High School. A consensus three-star recruit and top 35 prospect in Illinois, he was ranked among the nation's top 100 offensive lineman recruits. MaxPreps recognized him as one of the Great Lakes Region's top offensive linemen in 2024. At Glenbrook North, Paich started every game at left tackle as both a junior and senior and also played defensive line. He committed to Cincinnati over Army and Navy, among other offers. During his redshirt freshman season, Paich saw action in the Baylor game before redshirting.
