Victor Earl is a linebacker for Central Michigan who was born August 19, 2005, and hails from Romeo, Michigan. A three-star recruit in the Class of 2024, he earned redshirt status as a true freshman in 2024 after appearing in three games. In 2025, his redshirt sophomore season, Earl appeared in all 13 games as a backup linebacker and contributor on special teams.
