Ryland Watters is a true freshman quarterback at Central Michigan standing 6'4" and weighing 220 pounds. Born December 27, 2007, in Rochester Hills, Michigan, Watters graduated from Rochester Adams High School in June 2026 after earning First Team All-Region and First Team All-Conference honors as a senior. He completed 66 percent of his passes for 1,555 yards and 15 touchdowns while rushing for 510 yards and 15 touchdowns in his final season, leading the Highlanders to a state semifinals appearance. Over his prep career, Watters recorded 2,003 total yards as a sophomore and maintained an 80 percent completion rate through his final three high school games.
