Lucas Hoffmeyer is a tight end for Central Michigan, standing 6'3" and weighing 235 pounds. The December 2025 graduate of Walled Lake Western High School in Wixon, Michigan, played four varsity seasons under head coach John Hoffmeyer, his father, at tight end, fullback, and defensive end. A three-star recruit ranked No. 28 in Michigan, Hoffmeyer earned two-time Division 2 All-Region and All-League honors while leading the Warriors to state playoff appearances in all four years, including an 11-1 record and league title as a junior. He enrolled at Central Michigan in January 2026 after committing in May 2025, selecting the Chippewas from nine other offer recipients.
