Joshua Atiemo is a 6'1", 215-pound middle linebacker for Central Michigan. The true freshman from Milford, Michigan, graduated from Detroit Catholic Central H.S. in June 2026, where he played multiple defensive positions over two varsity seasons. As a senior, Atiemo recorded 67 total tackles (46 solo), 11.0 tackles for loss, and 5.0 sacks across 13 games, helping lead the Shamrocks to a 13-0 record and MHSAA Division I state title. Over his two-year varsity career, he compiled 102 total tackles (67 solo), 15.0 tackles for loss, 5.0 sacks, two interceptions, and two forced fumbles in 26 games. Atiemo chose Central Michigan after receiving offers from multiple programs.
