Jaion Jackson is a 5'10", 170-pound cornerback for Central Michigan, wearing number 4. The East St. Louis, Illinois native enrolled in January 2024 after graduating from East St. Louis H.S. in December 2023. As a true freshman in 2024, he appeared in 12 games with nine starts and recorded 38 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, and four pass breakups, earning College Football Network Third Team All-MAC honors. In 2025, Jackson started all 13 games at cornerback and posted 48 tackles, 4.0 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks, one interception (returned 19 yards), seven pass breakups, and two quarterback hurries. Over 25 career games with 22 starts, he has accumulated 86 total tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss, two sacks, one interception, and 11 pass breakups.
