Dasan Smith is a redshirt sophomore left guard for Central Michigan standing 6'6" and weighing 300 pounds. From Marquette, Michigan, Smith graduated from Marquette Senior H.S. in June 2024 as a three-star recruit. In his first season, he appeared in four games and redshirted while being listed as a backup guard. During 2025, Smith saw action in 13 games with 11 starts at left guard and started the final nine consecutive contests. He recorded one tackle against Buffalo on 11/12. The offensive line he anchored allowed 24 sacks and 153 yards in 2025.
