Solomon Williams is a 6'2", 250-pound outside linebacker from Tampa, Florida, who transferred to California from Texas A&M. A four-star recruit rated No. 220 overall in the 2024 class, Williams played in three games as a freshman in 2024, including appearances in wins over McNeese and New Mexico State, plus the Las Vegas Bowl against USC. In 2025 as a redshirt freshman, he appeared in 12 games for an 11-2 Aggies squad that reached the College Football Playoff's opening round, recording seven tackles and 3.0 tackles for loss.
