Serigne Tounkara is an outside linebacker for the California Golden Bears. The 6'2", 245-pound redshirt sophomore from Houston, Texas, attended Clear Springs HS and Clear Falls HS before joining Missouri as a recruit ranked No. 82 among edge rushers and No. 143 overall in Texas by recruiting services. He redshirted his freshman year in 2023, then played in 12 games as a redshirt freshman in 2024, recording five tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss, and one sack.
