Rico Walker is a tight end from Hickory, NC, who was a consensus four-star prospect in the class of 2023. He began his college career at Maryland in 2023, appearing in eight games and catching four passes for 27 yards, including a 16-yard reception against Charlotte. Walker transferred to Auburn for the 2024 season, appearing in five games before moving to Purdue. In 2025, his junior year at Purdue, he appeared in 10 games with one start, recording nine receptions for 100 yards. He caught three passes for 16 yards at Minnesota, hauled in a season-long 30-yard pass against Ohio State, and had three receptions for 25 yards at Washington. Walker now transfers to California as a senior.
