Odera Okaka is an outside linebacker from Antioch, California, who played at Pittsburg High School before attending College of San Mateo. At the JUCO level, he was ranked the nation's No. 1 JUCO edge player by 247 JUCO composite in 2024, when he recorded 37 tackles, eight tackles for loss, and two sacks across 13 games. He also tallied 41 tackles, six tackles for loss, and three sacks as a freshman in 2023. Okaka transferred to California for the 2025 season, appearing in nine games and recording six tackles, including two against Louisville.
